06 Main Fish - Cajun Fish
1 Kilogram Kingklip Fish
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (optional)
3 Teaspoon Cajun spice
1 Teaspoon Paprika
½ Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
¼ Cup Olive Oil for frying
10 Gram butter.
Wash and dry the fish then sprinkle the lemon juice and set aside for 5 minutes.
Marinate the fish with the spices.
Fry in very shallow olive oil on high heat.
Add butter before serving.
