02 Savoury Chicken - Chicken Bhajias
1 Chicken Disjointed
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Green Chillies
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Ground Garlic
1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion Grated
1 Cup Cake flour
2 Eggs
Green Dhania Chopped
Spring Onions Chopped
½ Teaspoon Green masala
Water as needed
½ Teaspoon Baking powder
Add green chillies salt, dhania, jeero, ginger, garlic and lemon juice to chicken.
Put in a pot with oil and cook on low until done.
Make a batter with flour, eggs, grated onion, green masala, chopped greens and baking powder adding water if necessary.
Add baking powder before frying.
Dip chicken in batter and fry in shallow oil on medium heat until golden brown.
