02 Savoury - Methi Baji Lagan
1 Medium Onion chopped finely
1/2 Teaspoon Fine Jeero/Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Fine Dhana/Coriander seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Arad/Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Salt
6 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tin Creamstyle Sweetcorn
1/2 Cup Cake flour
1/2 Cup Mealie Meal
2 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 bunch Chopped Methi bhaji (about 2 Cups)
Optional - Sesame seeds to garnish
Wash and chop the Methi baji.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into 30 x 24cm Pyrex .
Sprinkle Sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 - 45 minutes at 180°C.
