06 Main Chicken - Crispy Chicken - Al Baik style
1 Chicken
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Chicken spice
6 Tablespoon Hinds Chicken Coating (Regular or Hot)
Mix the Lemon juice and chicken spice and cook the chicken in this mixture.
Allow the chicken to cool.
Make a batter with the chicken coating and dip the chicken in the batter.
Fry the chicken in shallow oil on medium heat.
