02 Savoury Veg - Pandela with Cucumber/Carrots
1 Cucumber/Carrots Grated
1 Onion Grated
½ Cup Maize meal
½ Cup Cake flour
¼ Cup Self raising flour
1 Cup Chana flour
2 Tablespoon Coconut
2 Teaspoon Ground green masala
2 Teaspoon Dhania & Cumin/Jeero powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Saumph seeds
Green Dhania chopped
Mix all ingredients together.
Make into a batter using water of necessary.
Fry spoonfuls of batter in a lightly oiled pan.
The spices can be adjusted according to taste.
